Parcelamento duplicado

Meu saldo devedor está incorreto ,quando fui antecipar parcelamento apareceu mensagem antecipação foi feita com sucesso ,meu saldo devedor ficou 5300,00 depois verifiquei que em parcelamento continuo ativo ,já tinha antecipado e as parcelas ja estavam na fatura ,fui apertei novamente antecipar nisso ,na fatura ficou duas vezes mesmo parcelamento e meu saldo foi pra 7241,00 para não pagar mais juros fui negociei ,mas preciso que corrija meu saldo devedor ,peço somente pra ficar valor correto ,se precisar abrirei quantas reclamação foram necessárias até resolver
