Problema com duração da bateria

Comprei o celular Galaxy j7 prime, e des do começo com ele, a bateria dura cerca de 7 horas, mesmo com uso não continuo do aparelho, e desligando a internet quando não usada, e problemas aleatórios que o aparelho reseta e apaga tudo do celular, já ocorreu 4 vezes.
