Seguro indevido

Reclamação contra a seguradora Chubb, consta um débito em minha conta corrente de uma valor de R$ 49,90 referente a um seguro que nunca foi contratado e não sei do que se trata. Entrei em contato com a seguradora por 2 vezes, onde não sabem informar do que se trata, foi feito o cancelamento do mesmo, mas terão 10 dias úteis para analisar. Protocolos de ligação com a Chubb: 2020100504001110/ 2020100510000710, do dia 05/10/2020 as 10:20. Como a seguradora tem os meus dados, realiza um seguro sem o meu conhecimento e ainda debita o valor da minha conta corrente?
