tenho cadastro no site desta empresa onde participo de um jogo onde posso comprar moedas do jogo (diamantes). este jogo tem regras que tem que ser cumpridas, sob o risco de ser bloqueado ou banido. acontece que o site mudou uma das regras do jogo e eu acabei inflingindo esta regra pq não tive conciencia da mudança e por conta disto me baniram do jogo. em consequencia disto acabei perdendo as moedas do jogo que tinha adquirido.o que fiz foi entrar em contato com o suporte do jogo explicando o motivo de ter quebrado a regra e me disculpando , esperando que o assunto fosse revisto, porem as respostas as msgs que enviei foram que eles não iriam reconsiderar e que eu perderia o que gastei.
