Sempre tento cancelar a assinatura e não consigo

Em 28/04/2017 adquiri um anti-virus chamado de REIMAGE PC REPAIR, que desde o inicio não funcionou, sempre dava a chave de licença inválida, como consequência o PC travava e aceitava várias extensões. Resolvi desinstalar, ai piorou tudo, como consequência, tive que formatar o Pc para poder eliminar o tal do Reimage. Fiz reclamações pelo site Reclame aqui e não obtive resposta. Agora passado um ano vem a renovação automática, cobrada em dólar e sem a opção de cancelamento, embora tenha enviado email a empresa e dito que não queria renovar. Tentei cancelar também pelo Banco Itau e não consegui.

Solução esperada

  • Reembolso: R$ 233,37
  • Sendo assim, e tendo em vista todos os transtornos que tive, gostaria que essa Empresa cancelasse a minha assinatura e devolvesse os valores pagos.
