duplicidade no pagamento da fatura

EM 09/07/2018, AO CONSULTAR MINHA CONTA CORRENTE, PERCEBI QUE O SEM PARAR (TAG DE PEDÁGIO) DESCONTOU DUAS VEZES A FATURA NA MINHA CONTA. AO TENTAR EM CONTATO POR TELEFONE E EMAIL, NINGUÉM ME ATENDE E NEM RESPONDE O EMAIL. SOLICITO O ESTORNO DA DUPLICIDADE EM MINHA CONTA CORRENTE.
