BOA TARDE,COMO JA TENHO UMA RECLAMAÇÃO DE FRAUDE DO BOLETO CONTRA O BANCO SANTANDER , HOJE DIA 27/10/2020 O SR RICARDO DA OUVIDORIA SANTANDER ME LIGOU DO NUMERO 011-30122800, ME SOLICITANDO O ENVIO DA COPIA DO BOLETO E DO COMPROVANTE DE PAGAMENTO, E QUE EU ENVIASSE PARA O EMAIL ([email protected]), NESSE EMAIL DEVERIA ESTAR COPIA DO BOLETO, COMPROVANTE DO PAGAMENTO, MEU CPF, E NUMERO DO PROTOCOLO QUE A PROTESTE DEU A ELES QUE É ( PROTOCOLO 106843801), O SR RICARDO TAMBEM FEZ A EXIGENCIA QUE EU LIGASSE NO 0800 7260322, PARA QUE ALGUEM LA NESSE 08007260322 CONFIRMASSE O RECEBIMENTO DESSE MEU EMAIL, O SR RICARDO ME AMEAÇOU DIZENDO QUE SE EU NAO FIZESSE A LIGAÇÃO PARA CONFIRMAR O RECEBIMENTO DO EMAIL, MINHA RECLAMAÇÃO SE DARIA POR PERDIDA E SERIA DESCONSIDERADA, POIS VENHO ATRAVES DESTA E TENHO COMO PROVAR QUE O EMAIL FOI ENVIADO COMO FOI PEDIDO, JA A LIGAÇÃO NESSE 0800 7260322, É IMPOSSIVEL DE CONSEGUIR FALAR COM UM ATENDENTE, POIS A LIGAÇÃO É TOTALMENTE ELETRONICA, MESMO ASSIM DEPOIS DE MUITOS NUMEROS TENTANDO ( NUMEROS DO PRORIO CANAL ELETRONICO) CONVERSEI COM A ATENDENTE MONIQUE NO SETOR DE ACORDOS, NO QUAL ME COMUNICOU QUE É UM PROCEDIMENTO IMPOSSIVEL, POIS ELES NAO TEM ACESSO A REVIFICAÇÃO DE EMAIL.
