Nº do pedido: LGBNOJ Referência de reserva da companhia aérea: Fortaleza – Belém: SFKZGP (Azul Brazilian Airlines) Belém – Fortaleza: SFKZGP (Azul Brazilian Airlines) Prezados, Comprei as passagens de avião para meu filho, Leonardo da Silva Rebelo, e esposa, Marina Ferreira da Silva, no dia 13 de janeiro de 2022. Por ocasião de uma infecção por Covid 19, diagnosticada antes da viagem, entrei em contato com a Mytrip e a Azul por várias vezes, para cancelamento ou remarcação da viagem, sem sucesso, pois uma empresa atribuía a outra a responsabilidade de remarcar, cancelar ou estornar o valor pago. Possuo e-mail e registros de ligação que comprovam meu contato para resolução do problema. Assim, solicito o cancelamento da compra e a devolução dos valores pagos. Aguardo resposta por escrito.
