Comprei, paguei e não recebi!

Fiz uma compra pelo app Carrefour com pagamento via pix, foi pago e no app não constava o pagamento, entrei em contato e me deram um prazo de 48 hs e até agora ninguem entrou em contato comigo e quando ligo falam que eu coloquei no reclame aqui e tenho que esperar que resolvam por lá, quero meu dinheiro de volta, isso é agir de má fé, uma falta de respeito com o consumidor! Será que vou ter que procurar um advogado para resolver?

O Carrefour alega que iria resolver meu caso por aqui, só que até agora não recebi nem email nem ligação, eu paguei em pix, entrou na hora e até agora ninguem resolve nada! Quero meu dinheiro Carrefour, receber é um direito meu!
