Comprei passagens com Gotogate e cancelei com eles poucas horas depois, por telefone. Recebi email da Gotogate informando que as passagens tinham sido canceladas, mas no site deles há informação que eu devo entrar em contato com a empresa aérea (Gol) para cancelar as passagens. Em 29/11/23, a atendente da Gol disse que apenas 48h antes do checkin é possível cancelar passagens, e disse que as passagens precisam ser canceladas pela Gotogate, a qual nunca cancelou as passagens, estão ativas. O telefone da Gotogate não funciona, e os 4 atendentes encerraram o chat bruscamente informando que os voos foram cancelados em 16/10/23, o que não é verdade. O prazo no site da Gotogate é de 6 dias úteis para o reembolso, estou esperando há 50 dias. Nunca irei receber o reembolso, pois a Gotogate não cancela as passagens, só cancelando é que a Gol irá devolver o dinheiro. Estou extremamente frustrada com a Gotogate. Irei acionar um advogado e processar essa empresa.
