Produto nao entregue

comprei um celular xiaomi note12s no site do carrefour (pedido : #537469167) de uma loja parceira VARIEDADES 123 com entrega programada para dia 05/12/23, porem a loja não atualiza o pedido, liguei no carrefour e eles disseram que se não entregar hoje amanha posso cancelar o pedido, deixei de comprar outro aparelho na promoção da black friday para comprar este e agora não sei se vou achar de novo a promoção do outro aparelho, porem a loja parceira continua vendendo o mesmo aparelho no site do carrefour, se eles não tem o aparelho para entregar então não vende. Quero o produto que comprei pois se fizer a devolução do valor nao vou poder comprar outro aparelho com o valor, a Black Friday acabou!
