CHUBB Seguro que não paga

Perderam minhas malas, fiquei alguns dias sem e acionei o seguro Chubb , faz quase 3 meses e nada deles me pagarem R$400. SIMPLESMENTE RIDÍCULO só pedem mais e mais documentos que a agência de viagem Tem. Pois fechei as passagens com a agência e a agência fechou meu seguro
