Não recebi o produto

Estava agendado a entrega para a data de hoje, liguei para confirmar a entregas após as 18hs no atendimento do Carrefour, o atendente confirmou que a entrega seria feita até às 21hs de hoje, conclusão, não foi entregue, retornei pelo chat e não puderam me ajudar devido o horário. Quando fui verificar o status da entrega, o produto nem se quer saiu da transportadora, já fazem 10 dias da compra e a cobrança do frete foi abusiva. Mesmo assim paguei. ABSURDO!
