Falta de respeito

Boa noite! Venho através deste canal, pedir ajuda, pois no dia 09/03/24, fiz uma compra de uma geladeira que veio com defeito, a geladeira esquentava demais e tem o barulho de uma turbina de avião. Liguei e pedi a troca, mas me avisaram que teriam que levar a geladeira, ai quando chegasse no deposito me enviariam a outra, mas pela lei do consumidor, por ser um bem de primeira necessidade, teriam que trazer uma e levar a com defeito, e não respeitaram a lei. Pedi o cancelamento do produto e até o presente momento a empresa não retirou o produto da minha casa, todo dia enrolam dizendo que vão coletar o produto e não aparecem. Peço que retire o mais rápido possivel o produto da minha residência e façam o estorno imediato do meu cartão de credito. Aguardo retorno.

Prezados Boa noite! É com pesar que preciso recorrer ao órgão para sanar o problema. Acredito que chegamos a este ponto devido aos desencontros de informações errôneas e lentidão em querer resolver. Mas foi feita a coleta do refrigerador hoje ao fim da tarde. Fico agora... no aguardo do estorno do cartão, que já caminha para uma 2ª parcela debitada.
