N recebi meu produto

Oi boa tarde entao minha reclamacao do carrefour desdo dia 04. Semana passada fiz um pedido no valor de 116.22 reais e ate agora n recebi me informaram.q no dia eu estava ausente mentira porq estou com meu pai doente n sair depois colocaram como concluidp sendo q n entregaram ja é a segunda vez q isso acontece na outra n resolveram deixei pra la so q dessa vez n vou deixar quieto sen resolverem vou atrsa dos meu direitos ai ontem me mandam msg falando pra reagemdar. fUi e aceitei depois 5 m me mandaram.msg denovo falando q n podia reagendar por no sistema colocaram entregue emtao ta dificil espero meu estorno ou reagendamento mas rapido possivel sen vou ate a loja jacu pessego q é la q sai a entrega vou com.meus direitos porfavor me ajudem por.isso n vai fikar assim todas msg tudo.tenho entao carrefor resolvam
