ENTREGA ATRASADA A QUASE UM MÊS

Realizei a compra de uma impressora no site do Carrefour no dia 19/09/2024, com a promessa de entrega até o dia 03/10/2024. No entanto, até o momento, não recebi o produto. Já entrei em contato com o atendimento do carrefour diversas vezes, tanto por telefone quanto via chat, mas não obtive nenhuma solução concreta. O suporte se limita a prometer que a situação será resolvida, mas até agora não houve avanço. O descaso com o cliente e a falta de clareza nas informações são extremamente frustrantes, solicito que o Carrefour tome uma providência imediata, garantindo a entrega urgente do meu pedido ou o reembolso integral do valor pago.
