Produto errado

Realizei um pedido no Carrefour, de um macbook, pedido 549795983. Veio um livro no lugar do pedido, sendo que a embalagem veio com sinais de violação. O Carrefour se nega a me reembolsar alegando que o produto foi entregue corretamente. Sendo assim, estou abrindo essa reclamação para embasar a ação judicial que eu irei ingressar contra o Carrefour, a pedido do meu advogado, visando também o ressarcimento por dano moral, com o agravante de que sou uma pessoa idosa, e toda essa situação tem me causado agravamento nos meus problemas de saúde.
