Produto veio com defeito

Comprei um telefone xaomi pelo Carrefour on line e ele me foi entregue pela MLM eletrônicos. O telefone veio com defeito e nenhuma das partes resolve. Estou pedindo encarecidamente que me ajudem a resolver este problema. Obrigada
