Cupom inválido

Fiz uma compra mercado on line como sempre faço porém tive problemas com alguns produtos que vieram faltando entrei em contato não tive retorno e reclamei por aqui e me deram um cupom para ser usado porém desde então eu não consigo usar o cupom en lugar nenhum em compra on line não dá aparece inválido e nas lojas fisicasyde mercado passei vergonha por duas vezes que no caixa por falta de informação ou capacidade de resolver falaram que esse cupom não vale lá. Enfim que cupom me deram se não consigo utilizar em nenhum lugar isso é engano total. Quero um cupom no valor para ser usado on line que funcione para não ficar no prejuízo pq paguei pela mercadoria que não recebi
