Paguei, mas não consta o pagamento

Fiz uma compra ,registrada com numero USH15J24M0000002WMC, paguei através de boleto, no dia 10/2/2026, porém até hj, o status menciona "aguardando pagamento ". Já enviei diversas mensagens anexando o comprovante do pagamento, mas não recebi resposta.
