Carrefour se nega a ressarcir produtos entregues divergentes

Referente ao pedido 567009351, realizado pelo meu companheiro Lúcio Rodolfo Rosa, CPF 054.053.296/73, e pago por mim, conforme comprovante anexo, compramos quatro aparelhos celulares e recebemos produtos de higiene, sabonetes e esfoliadores, uma compra de mais de vinte mil reais. O Carrefour se eximiu de responsabilidade, mostrando uma foto de dois iPhones e o comprovante de postagem, com valor declarado de 3.000 mil reais, sendo que os produtos valem mais de 19.000 mil reais. Caso não façam o ressarcimento com urgência, iremos ingressar no juizado especial civel contra o Carrefour
