RECEBO UM BENEFICIO EM CONTA NO BANCO BRADESCO E NOTEI QUE HAVIAM ALGUNS DESCONTOS EM MEU BENEFICIO, ME DIRIGIR A AGENCIA BANCARIA PARA TENTAR RESOLVER O PROBLEMA FUI ORIENTADA TÃO SOMENTE A BAIXAR O APP DO BANCO NO CELULAR E VERIFICAR NOS EXTRATOS QUAIS SERIÃO OS DESCONTOS. APOS REALIZAR ESSE PROCEDIMENTO DESCOBRIR QUE EM JANEIRO DE 2020 COMEÇOU A SER DEBITADO UM VALOR INCIAL DE R$ 29,00 E EM DIAS ATUAIS CORRIGIDOS PARA O VALOR DE R$ 71,98, REFERENTE A UMA TARIFA CEXTA BASICA” SERVIÇO ESSE QUE NÃO SOLICITEI, NÃO CONTRATEI E NEM AUTORIZEI NINGUEM A CONTRATAR. TAIS DESCONTOS INTERFEREM DIRETAMENTE EM MINHA RENDA E SUBSISTENCIA POIS ESSE BENEFICIO É A UNICA FONTE DE RENDA. ASSIM REQUEIRO QUE SEJA FEITA A EXCLUSÃO DOS DESCONTOS, QUE SEJA APRESENTADO O CONTRATO DO SUPOSTO SERVIÇO, QUE SEJAM RESTITUÍDOS EM DOBRO TODOS OS VALORES JA DESCONTADOS E OS QUE AINDA VIEREM A SER DESCONTADOS, QUE SEJA PAGA UMA INDENIZAÇÃO POR DANOS MORAIS NÃO INFERIOR A R$ 10.000,00 E QUE TODAS AS NOTIFICAÇÕES, INFORMAÇÕES E CONTATOS PARA A DEVIDA SOLUÇÃO DESTE PROBLEMA, SEJAM FEITAS UNICA E EXCLUSIVAMENTE PELO PROPRIO SITE PROTESTE E TAMBEM PELO EMAIL: [email protected]
