Cartão clonado

Boa noite, Ao conferir as compras realizadas na fatura do cartão de crédito, desde o dia 01/08, consta compras que eu desconheço. No dia 03/08 consta 1 compra, do qual eu recebi uma mensagem de sms, para confirmar a compra, eu confirmei como não fiz a compra, recebi em seguida uma mensagem que o cartão foi bloqueado, mas mesmo assim, a compra foi cobrada. No dia 02/08 consta uma compra no valor de 33,00 que eu reconheço é de uma assinatura, as demais desconheço, o valor a mais na fatura é de R$ 390,10. Preciso de ajuda ProTeste.
