Cobrança Indevida

Na data de hoje 03/09/2021 recebi uma mensagem de texto do Cartão Carrefour questionando se eu reconhecia uma compra feita no valor de R$898,48. Respondi que NÃO, pois, não efetuei nenhuma compra na data de hoje. Algum tempo depois recebi uma ligação da central de segurança do Carrefour questionando sobre o reconhecimento da compra. Respondi que não reconhecia a compra no valor de R$898,48. O cartão foi bloqueado. Aguardo uma solução rápida pelo Carrefour Cartões, já que não efetuei tal compra.
