Valor cobrado indevidamente

Na data de ontem 19/09/2021 perdi meu cartão Carrefour, assim que me dei conta, solicitei o cancelamento pelo app, porque liguei pra central e a secretaria eletrônica informava que o atendimento era somente de segunda à sexta. Quando fiz o cancelamento pelo app, verifiquei que meu cartão tinha sido utilizado em um curto espaço de tempo. Hoje 20/09/2021 entrei em contato novamente com a Central Carrefour, informando o ocorrido, foi então que fui informada pelo atendente que teria os valores cancelados na minha fatura seguinte e que não precisaria efetuar o pagamento já que não foi eu que utilizei o cartão, que ele me transferiria para o setor responsável para que fosse feita o procedimento. (Conforme protocolo da ligação 48330880) Quando liguei pro setor responsável, a atende me informou que eles não se responsabilizariam, que eu teria que pagar, sendo que o atendente me garantiu que sim. Não acho justo pagar por algo no qual não foi eu que utilizei, se preciso for, que o Carrefour peça imagens de segurança dos estabelecimentos, para vê que não foi eu que utilizei, fui injustiçada, e mais errado ainda, disponibilizarem uma função de aproximação que o cliente não pode cancelar pelo app, somente ligando na central. Não quero pagar por algo, no qual fui injustiçada, sempre paguei minhas faturas antes mesmo do vencimento, agora que preciso de ajuda não podem ajudar, absurdo.
