NEGOCIAÇÃO DE DÍVIDA CARTÃO CARREFOUR

Tentei um parcelamento junto ao Carrefour Soluções Financeiras ref. a uma fatura de R$ 7.881,69 ( Banco CSF S.A), vencida em 25/02/2020, com juros civilizados abaixo de 3% a.m., inclusive tenho uma carta do Carrefour sugerindo parcelamento em 24 x com juros de 2,99%a.m.Acontece que tentei negociar, mas não tive êxito. Solicito a intermediação da PROTESTE para uma negociação em tais patamares e não com os juros pornográficos de 14,99% que eles imbutiram na fatura e querem parcelar assim.
