cancelaram meu cartao indevidamente

meu cartao de credito do carrefour foi cancelado indevidamente,solicitei o cancelamento do adicional e a atendente cancelou o meu cartao tbm , perdi meu emprego e enviei os documentos para cardif seguradora , para a abertura de sinistro, seguro conta paga... por favor que seja revisto esse cancelamento indevido.

o cartao novo foi gerado ok, e o seguro conta paga familia que tenho desde 2013 com o carrefour ? pois a cardif ja entrou em contato comigo e vai repassar ao banco o valor de R$ 4000,00 que e valor da cobertura, como vai ser feito a abilitaçao do seguro no novo cartao ? e sobre valores do credito a receber na fatura proxima e se for debito o valor para que eu possa pagar !!! aguardo o retorno da empresa, pois nao foi claro referente ao meu seguro conta paga familia !!!

nao concordo , pois o erro nao foi meu,como ja foi informado por vcs, quero o mesmo pois estou sendo penalizado pelo erro que vcs fizeram , entao nada mas justo que eu como cliente , te mesmo direitos preservados !!! nao aceito outro seguro que nao seja o mesmo que ja tenho desde 2013 .

entao o certificado conta paga familia que tenho desde 2013, o valor cobrado na fatura era de 2,9% sobre o valor da fatura !!! o que vcs estao me oferecendo o valor e maior ,3,5% sobre o valor da fatura , . nao concordo pagar mas por outro seguro, pois o erro nao foi meu e sim do carrefour !!! obs: se vcs me oferecerem o mesmo valor do anterior (2,9%), ate aceito em mudar de seguro !!! mas pagar mas cara por um erro da empresa nao aceito.

aguardando o retorno do carrefour referente o valor a se comprado no novo seguro de 2,9 %...

boa tarde, recebi uma ligaçao da ouvidoria do cartao carrefour ontem, informando que tinham reativado o meu cartao de credito final 8470, e mas tinham reativado meu seguro que eu ja tinha conta paga familia que eu tinha desde 2013... pois bem, o cartao esta reativo, mas me enganaram mas uma vez, foi criado uma novo seguro, entao sendo a dis cusao sobre o seguro , nao aceito esse seguro, pois vcs me enganaram !!!!

boa tarde, nao foi reativo o meu seguro que eu tinha desde 2013 , foi criado um novo com custo mensal de 3,5 % mensal sobre a fatura !!!!o antigo o custo mensal e de 2,9%. segue em anexo o contrato anterior !!!

ate o momento no consigo viasualizar o seguro antigo atraves do app e site carrefour . so aparecer o novo seguro !!!

estou com os 2 seguros ativos certo? um 2,9% e outro 3,5% sobre fatura, total de 6,4% sobre a fatura correto ? minha pergunta e´ao acionar o sinistro de perda de desemprego a cobertuta sera de 4 mil + 5 mil = 9 mil ? pois os 2 seguros sao iguais nao me importo de pagar os 2, mas e ao acionar ?
