COBRANÇA DE JUROS ABUSIVOS (FATURA EM ATRASO)

Olá, equipe PROTESTE Gostaria de solicitar vossa intermediação junto ao Carrefour Cartões. Estou inadimplente desde a última fatura de março21. Antes dessa, devido à redução de renda familiar por conta da pandemia, vinha já em dificuldades de pagamento fazendo pagamentos abaixo do total e entrado no rotativo ou parcela pronta, que é um parcelamento automático definido pela administradora do cartão Carrefour. Desde junho, venho buscado uma redução no juros cobrados para propor uma forma de pagamento do saldo devido. Porém, a administradora e a empresa de cobrança que me ligam TODOS os dias insistem que não vão fazer abatimento dos juros cobrados. Dessa forma como eles estão impondo a cobrança de juros, a dívida que em março era de R$6.160 já com juros de rotativo e tudo mais, estão me passando que a dívida atual é em torno de R$ 20.000 e novamente me "propõe" novo financiamento da dívida para 30 x R$800, ou seja, juros sobre juros. Tenho interesse em saldar a dívida, mas não posso pagar juros tão abusivos. Por favor, poderiam interceder por mim
