Cobrança novamente GOLPE SERASA

Havia aberto reclamação referente ao golpe no site da Serasa, onde foi aberto boletim de ocorrencia sobre o caso e o cartão carrefour havia estornado o valor. Porém agora veio cobrando na fatura novamente. Segue boletim em anexo e o numero do protocolo referente ao ocorrido e ao pedido de ajuda para cancelamento da compra

Segue fatura deste mês de outubro cobrando novamente o valor de 396. Tenho o b.o que abri da causa. Vocês tinham estornado e agora estão cobrando

Foi explicado o ocorrido e anexado boletim de ocorrência do assunto. Porém nem o Carrefour nem o picpay ajudaram. Apenas um jogou para o outro
