Cartão Carrefour bloqueado por eu mesma efetuar compra

Boa noite, tenho o cartão carrefour e soube que fui bloqueada por executar uma compra que eu mesma estava efetuando. Não aceito a argumentação que me foi dada uma vez que a compra era eu mesma que estava fazendo e por manter o pagamento de minhas faturas em dia, inclusive com antecedência nos pagamentos. Quero uma explicação que justifique isso. Aguardo resposta
