Fiz um parcelamento no cartão Carrefour e não estou conseguindo pagar o valor total da fatura, devido aos juros abusivos o valor da da fatura aumenta a cada mês e com isso só tenho feito o pagamento do valor mínimo para não ficar sem pagar nada, mas mesmo assim não estou conseguindo dar conta.
Mesmo com o cartão bloqueado, anuidade tem sido cobrada. Fiz o parcelamento mesmo com juros excessivo e um tal seguro que é aumenta ainda mais o valor da parcela.
Gostaria que fizessem um único parcelamento com todos os débitos pendentes em valor de parcela que eu consiga pagar, mas não tem essa opção quando tentei pela central de atendimento do cartão e com isso os juros só crescem.
