Parcelamento automático

Estou sendo cobrado em um parcelamento que não fui informado previamente e com juros abusivos, com o agravante do motivo da cobrança ser indevida já que completei o valor da fatura com o código de barras do período pelo qual a instituição alegar não ter pago por duas faturas seguintes.
