Compras não reconhecidas e juros não estornados.

Em agosto/2023 tive compras não reconhecidas no cartão. Reclamei e estornaram parcialmente. Paguei mensalmente o que eram compras devidas, mas não estornaram os juros decorrentes do não pagamento das compras indevidas. Não devo mais nada, mas tenho um grande saldo devedor devido aos juros cobrados indevidamente. Entrei em contato várias vezes, tenho o protocolos, mandei notificação extrajudicial e disseram que devo pagar o saldo que está lá. O contato é difícil e cada hora dizem uma coisa. O que fazer?
