Cobrança indevida, não aceitam cancelamento

Fiz uma assinatura do CANVA para teste grátis, foi utilizada uma conta Google para logar. Até aí tudo bem. Fui apertar para cancelar a cobrança tempos depois, e simplesmente não aceitam. Dizem que preciso cancelar a cobrança diretamente pela Google, porém não tenho mais acesso a essa conta, já falei com a Google e é impossível recuperar. Resultado: estão me cobrando há 3 meses a assinatura que eu NÃO USO, peço para cancelar e não cancelam. Quero ressarcimento imediato e cancelamento da assinatura.

Eu tenho acesso a conta do canva, mas não a conta google e nem ao email, e toda vez que falo com vocês pelo suporte, me respondem no email que NÃO TENHO MAIS ACESSO!!
