1. O autor possui o cartão de crédito de final 3835 (de sua adicional), emitido pelo Banco Carrefour, utilizado para transações comerciais cotidianas. 2. No extrato referente ao mês de 02/2025, a autora identificou transações não autorizadas no valor total de R$ 1.041,83, realizadas na loja "FACEBK" (ou "FACEBOOK", conforme identificação), as quais jamais foram realizadas ou consentidas pelo autor. 3. Solicito o estorno dos valores, o bloqueio do cartão de crédito de final 3835 (de sua adicional) e o envio de nova via.
