compras desconhecidas

Diversas compras desconhecidas no valor de R$ 1.204,99 no meu cartão atacadão de final 7485 da loja FACEBK. Favor estornar as compras que desconheço, bloquear o cartão e enviar nova via de cartão de credtito.

A fatura foi fechada e não foi creditado os valores das compras que desconheço, por isso liguei novamente para o SAC, onde foi contestado novamente as compras e foi informado para realizar somente o pagamento do que reconheço: R$ 177,14. Por favor peço que seja creditado os valores com maior brevidade e que não me cobre juros na proxima fatura (por eu ter pago somente o que reconheço.)
