cobrança anuidade

Eu paguei 11/12 parcelas de R$ 16,99 no cartão de crédito do atacadão de final 4751, sendo que quando contratei foi divulgado anuidade grátis. Favor estornar as cobranças já realizadas e cancelar as cobranças de anuidade do cartão de credito, pois caso contrario levarei a demanda ao poder judiciario.
